Title: Group Art Supervisor

 

Location: New York, NY

 

Department/Discipline: Art

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop ideas that are strategic, innovative, and provide an optimal user experience. 
  • Partner with copywriters, UX, and developers to execute creative.
  • Supervise art directors in all communications related to your brand(s) and give clear direction to creative team members. 
  • Act as a “digital go-to” across agency teams and clients, providing thought leadership, big thinking, and resolving issues as needed. 
  • Actively seek and share digital inspiration (creative, technology, general digital trends). 
  • Work with creative director to lead digital pitches.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience as an art director at a pharmaceutical advertising agency.
  • 1+ year of experience managing junior talent.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Portfolio containing multichannel work samples that demonstrate strong conceptual and strategic abilities, creative thinking, and exceptional design skill.
  • Experience managing multiple brands and work streams.
  • Superior design skills with the ability to receive and assimilate critical feedback.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while functioning as a member of a highly collaborate team.
  • Solid understanding of digital communications and media channels preferred.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States.   Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.

  • $118,500 - $152,500
